In this section we intend to build a cookbook month by month. We invite you to share your own favorite recipe using Arizona Pepper Products Co products to be used in our new "Gunslinger Smokin' Hot Recipe Book". If your recipe is selected for our book, we will give you full credit and recognition. RECIPES OF THE MONTH TOASTED PECANS Ingredients: 4 cups pecans halves Preparation: Spread pecans evenly in a 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine butter, ARIZONA GUNSLINGER® SMOKIN' HOT JALAPEÑO SAUCE, angostura bitters and salt. Pour over pecans, stirring occasionally. Spread on paper towels and cool completely. Yield: 4 cups SHRIMP GUMBO Ingredients: 2 tbs. butter Preparation: Yield: 4-6 servings |
