In the early days, Bill, 3 employees and myself, his daughter would hand fill the 5oz. bottles by hand using a ketchup squeeze bottle. We would, of course, wear gloves, but sometimes the heat of the sauce would burn through them. You had to be very careful not to touch your face and especially your eyes. We would then hand label every single bottle that was ordered. Just imagine if the label wasn’t perfectly lined up on the bottle?! It would take us days to just get 20 cases completed. Fast forward a few years and we now have a state of the art bottling/labeling machine that does all of this for us. We can now fill and label on average 65 cases per hour!
