- 4 cups Chopped Cabbage
- 3/4 cup Chopped Purple Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 3/4 cup Diced Pineapple
- 1 cup Thinly Sliced Mango
- 3 tbsp Red Onion
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Arizona Gunslinger Caribbean Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbsp Pineapple Juice
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
In a large bowl, mix cabbages, carrots, pineapple, mango, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Caribbean Hot Sauce, dijon mustard, pineapple juice, sugar, celery salt, and lemon until well blended. Should form a dressing type mixture.
Pour dressing over dry ingredients and mix until all ingredients are coated.
Chill for 30 minutes to an hour (or longer if desired).
