Double Barrel Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Lb. Ground Pork
  • 1/4 Lb. Ground Veal
  • 1 Lg. Bell Pepper - minced
  • 1 Lg. Onion - minced
  • 2 tsp. Arizona Gunslinger Red Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Can Water
  • 2 Cups Cracker Crumbs
  • 3 Eggs - well beaten
  • 1 tsp. Celery Salt

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).  Spray one 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line with aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until vegetables are tender about 1 hour.
NOTE:  Makes great meatloaf sandwiches!
