Double Barrel Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1/4 Lb. Ground Pork
- 1/4 Lb. Ground Veal
- 1 Lg. Bell Pepper - minced
- 1 Lg. Onion - minced
- 2 tsp. Arizona Gunslinger Red Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Can Water
- 2 Cups Cracker Crumbs
- 3 Eggs - well beaten
- 1 tsp. Celery Salt
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray one 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line with aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
- Bake in the preheated oven until vegetables are tender about 1 hour.
