We LOVE this hot sauce!
We aren't a gluten free family and although we love the idea of organic eating we aren't an all organic family, either. We just absolutely love this sauce for the taste! It's all flavor without the usual over-zingy vinegary taste that many hot sauces tend to have. We actually prefer this organic gluten free version over the original sauce. We placed our order by phone because we had some questions and Francisco provided us excellent customer service! We highly recommend this hot sauce.
